10 Yetis Examples of Good and Bad Public Relations- Monday 13th February 2012

Feb 13th 2012

Hello,

Shaun here, I hope you have all had a good weekend, here is today's 10 Yetis Good & Bad PR.

Good PR

Today's 10 Yetis Good PR award goes to, Colin Firth. This prestigious award, probably Colin's highest accolade, has been awarded to him, in light of reports that, at last night's Bafta awards he was a 'real-life prince charming'.

The clams have been made after Colin, who was presenting the national treasure, Meryl Streep's, with a Bafta for Best Actress, for her role in 'The Iron Lady', jumped into action as Meryl's shoe fell off as she made her way on to the stage.

He then knelt at her feet and slipped her show back on for her...... what a true Mr Darcy !

Bad PR

Today's 10 Yetis Bad PR award goes to, iTunes, after reports claim that fans of the late Whitney Houston have accused Apple of 'cashing-in' on the singer's death by increasing the cost of her in-demand albums on iTunes.

Digital Spy claim that her Ultimate Collection album, which was originally released in 2007, has increased by £3.

This price 'hike' aside the singer is still expected to dominate the singles and album charts next week as she is already top of the iTunes' chart, with 'I Will Always Love You'
