Afternoon all, Alexa here with some good and bad PR.
Good PR
...Or should I say great PR goes to the BBC. Apparently more than half of the stories shared on Twitter originate from the British news source. An average of 749,974 stories, in fact, are tweeted each month sharing articles. You can't get better evidence than that to show just how much authority the BBC has in the world of press.
Bad PR...
Of the worst kind is awarded to virtual chat room Habbo Hotel. Users can interact with one another through avatars and various rooms to fill with 'furniture'. Recently it emerged that roughly 250m users are at risk on the chat room due to insufficient security walls. The press are having a field day, labelling the children's website as a fertile ground for criminal acts.
