10 Yetis Examples of Good and Bad Public Relations- Monday 18th June 2012
Morning everyone, hope your week is off to a great start. It's Alexa here, kicking off this Monday with some good and bad PR.
A nod - or bend, rather - of good PR to Spanx today, as Lady Gaga was apparently wearing the control pants under a floor-length sheer dress in Australia this weekend. The 'Judas' singer was photographed after touching down in Sydney looking fresh, despite being whacked by a pole in New Zealand recently. The press have publicised Spanx as an essential piece to every woman's wardrobe - certainly 'cool' if Lady Gaga owns a pair.
Today's bad PR goes to the upcoming movie Mad Max; alas, the power of association. Negative reviews of 'actress' Rosie Huntington-Whitely are stirring again after her role in the new action film was confirmed. The press are saying "don't quit your day job" after the model delivered a less-than-impressive performance in Transformers, leaving Mad Max looking a bit weak even before its release.
