Hey everyone, this is Alexa with some cracking examples of good and bad PR for Tuesday!
Good PR
Tell me what you want, what you really really want is a Spice Girls reunion. It's great PR for the British pop quartet as they reunite to perform a musical just before Christmas this year. The press are detailing each band member's history since the Spice Girls' heyday in the late '90s, bringing into prominence the lesser-known Scary Spice and Sporty Spice alongside Victoria Beckham and Emma Bunton. Although their individual PR is getting a boost, the Spice Girls brand is entering the limelight once more.
Bad PR
...Or should I say awkward PR to One Direction singer Harry Styles who has been photographed reportedly 'kissing' his bandmate Niall Horan. They seem to be forgetting that the majority of their fan base consists of teenage girls. Unsurprisingly, they're a little bit annoyed at Harry's supposed lack of regard for their feelings and, or - according to the press - , latent homosexuality...
