My time at 10 yetis

My name is Amber and I have been working with the yetis for a week. Before I came to work experience here I was nervous about how everyone would be towards me or how they would treat me. At first I wasn't really sure what you did at a PR agency so I did a little research, though I still wasn't sure what to be expecting or what I would have to be doing.

When it finally came round to the first day of my work experience and I first walked in, my initial thoughts were how friendly everyone was and how welcoming (especially Hugo). If I had a problem everyone was willing to help or lend a hand and they have a great sense of humour, since the day I got here there's never been a dull moment.

PR Agency

The things I have done whilst at 10 Yetis include typing up the daily headlines, finding and writing good and bad PR examples for the website and I even drafted a press release. I enjoyed the work as it was something different, something I hadn't really done before, and it was interesting to see how things work within PR.

The thing I enjoyed most was working in a laid back and relaxed atmosphere, the fact everyone talks to each other and everyone has a good sense of humour is great. The thing I enjoy the least is the fact that I have to leave. Even though I've only been here for 1 week, I feel that I will miss working with such a great team of people. I hope to maybe come back sometime if they'll let me (I should expect they will if I offer more cupcakes!).
