Today's good PR goes to Gary Barlow who was yesterday awarded "GQ Man Of The Year".

After announcing the devastating news of the death of their fourth child a month ago, Gary Barlow came back and put on a brave face for the Closing ceremony.

Before attending the event he tweeted "'It's a night to dust off your best suit and tie, and mix with some of the big boys isn't it?". He stepped out in style under the spotlight alongside his friend Robbie Williams and received The Man of The Year award, presented by Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, for outstanding achievement and his "mammoth" involvement during the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

Hands up Gary, you rock!

Bad PR

Alex Reid is in today's Bad PR spotlight after being arrested on 'suspicion of criminal damage and using violence to secure entry' at the home he shared with girlfriend Chantelle Houghton. The police were contacted just after 1.30am following a disturbance at the couple's property and were seen at the couple's Essex home later in the morning.

Alex Reid moved out of the couple's property a few weeks before baby Dolly was born and again left the property for three days last month.

The couple has recently shown no secret of the fact that their relationship is going through a rough patch since the birth of their baby girl three months ago, saying that there is not even a day 'without drama'. Alex & Chantelle, who got engaged after just 6 months, recently declared 'not being sure' of their future as a couple.

Oh well I'm sure I won't be the only one to say ' I told you so'...
