Wanted to share a really good networking experience I had today, being honest, my first positive networking thang ever.

I dusted off my networking cap and trekked on over to Gloucestershire Independent network (GINBusiness), networking event. Scary 7am start at a local hotel, Hatherley Manor.

Just to put my networking skills into context, I have not been to a formal networking event for around 3 years, not since a disastrous dabble with 4Networking that made me vow to give up these things.

After a bit of coaxing from Georgina from HR company Reabur, I was convinced that GIN was a good one so I decided to get back on the bike.

Shock horror, it was actually very good and by far the best one of these I have ever tried locally. I came away with a few good ideas, leads and even the desire to try it again.

So, if you are a Glos based business, well worth going along, every Thursday, 7am (ouch), Hatherly Manor.
