Loving this ad for Acer and its new Laptop featuring Kiefer Sutherland. Spotted it via the awesome Adverblog website.
Part of me is worrying though, that maybe Kiefer has sold out a little bit. I am currently thinking, 20% sell-out, 70% very funny and 10% other :-)
Have a look...
Keifer Sutherland - Sell out or Hero?
So, what do you reckon? Has Kiefer sold out?

Andy in the hot seat today...
Bad Public Relations:
Halfords has taken a beating in the media today courtesy of its share price taking a whack on the back of a set of poor results. A dividend cut, combined with deteriorating sales meant their share price has hit an all time low.
A sad time for me given the amount of help the lovely people of Halfords have given me over the years with our dodgy motors.
Good Public Relations
Yammer, the 4year old b2b social network has been bought by Microsoft for £770m. It is the latest massive social media sale, the last being Instagram.
I wonder if this was secured by Microsoft to try and compliment its already strong portfolio of b2b tools such as Sharepoint.

As regular blog readers know, we recently organised a panel discussion on how businesses could approach their public relations activities. Organised in conjunction with BusinessZone and Sift Media, the event had some big brands come along and take part including: a Reporter from the BBC, Head of Content and PR from Confused.com, Trunki, aSocialMediaAgency.com The NHS and frozen cocktail company, Rocktails.
Here is the overview video of the event.

10 Yetis Loves Great PR Move by Martin Lewis as he sells MoneySavingExpert to MoneySupermarket for £87m
So, the Twitter is awash this morning with the news that Martin Lewis has sold MoneySavingExpert to MoneySupermarket for a staggering £87m.
Great for Martin Lewis and also (great PR move) great for an as yet unnamed set of charities as Mr Lewis is reportedly going to give them up to 10% of the sale.
There have been rumours for over a year now that MoneySavingExpert was up for sale because (as the industry gossip goes) Martin Lewis apparently has his eyes on a future career as a politician.
Great PR for Martin Lewis and also brilliant news for his bank account.
