Social Media Account Executive

The Company

10 Yetis Digital has a strong heritage in creating and managing award-winning public relations campaigns. We are 15 years old this year and we now have PR, Social Media, Video, Web Development and Graphic Design teams as part of our range of services.

We are lucky to have worked with some worldie brands over the years such as Superdry, GoCompare.com, Confused.com, Hillarys, National Trust and Lee Kum Kee (to name just a few). Due to a current team member leaving us (sad times) we are recruiting for a Social Media Account Executive.

The Role

Given we are a small business (just 20 of us) this is a very hands on role across many areas of the business. Not only will you have your own social media clients to manage, you will also help to look after the agency’s own social media and marketing campaigns.

You will help to devise, create, deploy, manage and report on social media campaigns and work very closely with our graphic design and video teams in order to create kick-ass content. You will help support video shoots and the odd public relations event and some (fully expensed) overnight stays and travel can be expected.

Knowledge and experience in setting up and managing social media advertising campaigns would be beneficial, but isn’t a key requirement. You will report in the Head of Social and Content and be part of a fast growing team.

The Person

You are probably a graduate, but this is not essential. We ask for a minimum of 12 months experience of working in a similar role and you may already be a junior social media executive looking to make the step up.

We really need you to know your onions when it comes to social media. Experience of using Mailchimp for newsletters is also a handy skill to have. In addition to this, it would be great if you have had some level of experience in creating great content in terms of design or video, however this is not as important as the social advertising knowledge. If you know about Search Engine Optimisation, that would be a great bonus too.
