10 Yetis asks - Can You Survive the Urban Spam?

I have been reading more and more about “interruption marketing” in the past few months or “Urban Spam” as the respected marketer Russell Davies has labelled it. I am not sure if he was the first to coin the phrase, but it is an interesting area.

Basically it is those adverts you don’t really expect to see out and about but that you notice because they are put in a place where they are not usually seen.

An example, taken from Russell’s excellent blog is a wraparound on your morning takeaway coffee.

good example of Urban Spam

I want to now go off and try to find some examples myself so you can see them.

May even run a competition at some point to come up with, or find, the best ones.
