Whilst coverage in national newspapers is great (I mean, who doesn't love it?), national coverage isn't our only focus - sometimes we go a little more niche, such as recently for my online betting tips client, BiggestFreeBets...
We issued a press release last week on their behalf about how the luck of the Irish is no more, and that it's in fact the Welsh who seem to have the most luck. This was the outcome of a survey that was undertaken with people who had recently attended the Cheltenham Festival. This press release has generated a great mention in the Racing Post, which you can see below.
Having also spoken to the team over at Absolute Horse Magazine, we secured a feature on betting jargon surrounding horse racing and betting, and the feature made it into this month's print edition, which you can also see below.
So, whilst national coverage is great, it's great to widen your target audience and sometimes go niche where it's required.
