Carwow - one of our clients who are a platform for consumer to purchase new cars from franchise dealers - recently teamed up with YouGov for a study which revealed that customers would rather be left feeling as though they got paid a 'fair price' for their car than feeling as though they paid the 'lowest possible price'. The research was undertaken to understand more about the car-buying journey that consumers take, with the results being published on AM Online today. You can see the cutting of this below...
