Working with England Rugby Travel in the lead up to next year's Rugby World Cup™ is a lot of fun and we're exploring many different avenues of activity.
One of the routes we've explored was taking a few journalists from a few key publications on a press trip to Rome. Over the three night/four day trip we squeezed in plenty of sight seeing, ate lots of carbs and attended the Italy v England Six Nations game (15-46 btw... what a game!).
Immediately after we returned from Rome, Jack at the Independent wrote up a piece about the trip from his point of view, encouraging fans to book tickets for both the next Six Nations and also the RWC next year. Now, with the Six Nations having come to an end, Chris at the Telegraph has written up his piece on his experience, what he'd recommend and letting readers know how to go about booking tickets.
Coverage for both can be seen below...
