10 Yetis Good and Bad PR - Monday 28 April 2008

Andy picking the highs and lows.

Good PR
Grand Theft Auto's newest game has got absolutely great reviews before its UK launch tomorrow. The PR team must be working overtime to ensure any negativity surrounding its level of violence is countered by the fact that the game truly rocks... I cannot wait to play it!

Bad PR
Glastonberry is getting a hammering this year thanks to poor ticket sales and a dodgy sounding headline act in Jay Z. Things took a turn for the worse again today when it emerged that the once closely guarded band line up list had been leaked on various websites.

I think the facts are that Glastonberry is just too expensive for audiences now and fans are rebelling by not supporting the festival. Given that it is cheaper to go to Euro festivals where the weather is warmer and the atmosphere more friendly, Glastonberry's days could be numbered?
