The last few years has seen some fantastic books that lift the lid on life working for a top tabloid including Piers Morgans two and I have now just finished one of the Daily Mirror's 3AM girls, Jessica Callan, book and it is a cracking read.
Towards the end of the book the naming and shaming slows down but the rest of the book is fascinating. She talks about some funny experiences with Jordan, her ability to always get a story to keep the likes of Piers Morgan and Richard Wallace happy and generally tells people exactly what celebrities are really like.
Jessica Callan - Author of Wicked Whispers
There is the odd mention of PR's but no-where near the hammering I expected they would get when I picked the book up. In fact she is quite complimentary about public relations people in general so even more reason to run out and buy the book now.
I wonder where Jessica will pop up next? Future national editor maybe?
