10 Yetis Looks Forward the Launch of BBC On Demand

BBC On Demand has got the go ahead from the BBC Trust which means Auntie will soon be launching its own stand alone media player that will allow its shows to be viewed on PC’s for up to 30 days after being downloaded or 7 days after being watched on a PC.

It is a shame that there is not one common media player that all the channels will use rather than each one having their own separate device. The BBC is pretty much one of the most outstanding performers in the Tech media sector so I think that this is a big announcement for the UK public and could mean downloading TV and films will really be brought to the main stream.
